Decent gaming build?

Hi, ordered these parts and im just wondering if it will be any good at gaming? I have a good internet and i was wondering will it be able to stream without lag? Specs : intel i5 4670k OC to 4.4ghz - msi z87 g43 - xfx radeon hd7770 - corsair cx500 - seagate 500gb hdd - zalman z11 plus - coolmaster hyper 212 evo..

Yeah all those specs are fine, apart from the graphics card. 7770 is getting a tiny bit dated now, I would recommend going for a GTX 660 or something 😉

- You'll need to define that in more contractual terms to get any viable response.

There will always be 'lag', be it input lag that you cannot perceive, frame render time lag, and/or network lag. (Well, not really 'or', as we're bound by the speed of light in any economically designed system).
