Decent Gaming desktop

What are some good websites that sell gaming desktops, or some specific gaming desktops that you guys know of? I'm trying to get a decent PC to play World of Tanks at max graphics or high and still have decent fps. On the forums it says something about WoT only uses 1 core or something. Here are the "Recommended" system requirements:

Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 - 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core i5-3330
RAM: 4 GB
Video card: GeForce GTX660 (2GB) / Radeon HD 7850 2GB, DirectX 9.0c
Sound: Compatible with DirectX9.0c

WoT doesn't require a big GPU to run it, gtx 760 will probably be the minimum to get ultra.

As for cores, all games these days use at least 2-4. I'm not sure about wot though.

Can you do a DIY build? Cheaper and better. And what's your budget?
