Decent gaming / recording PC build for 1080p 60FPS gaming

Okay, so here’s exactly what I want to be able to do. I want to be able to use a single computer and play GTA V, ATS, and Car Mechanic Sim 2018 at 1080p around 60FPS while recording said gameplay for later upload. What would you suggest for a build to do that? Also as a side note unfortunately due to GPU and RAM pricing I will be going Pre-Built ( I really don’t want to hear about the building your own option for the reasons stated above) Thank you for your time!

Min 6 core CPU with fast single core speed. Possible CPU's would be i5-8400, i7-8700K or Ryzen 5 1600X. Min 16GB of fast RAM, like 3200. Min GTX 1070 GPU. FYI, GPU's are getting to be about twice as expensive as they were about 6 months ago. Min 550W PSU of good quality, 80+ Bronze or better.
