Decent inverter generator.

Hello.Can you suggest me a cheap but decent inverter generator or at least with AVR witch produces 3000-3500 watts?I need it for my life support devices witch aren't very demanding in terms of power consumption, a wall mounted panel heater which needs 400-500 watts to operate or ideally a 12.000 BTU inverter air condition and one or two lamps.

Something between 2800 and 3000?It's not necessary to be inverter but it needs to have AVR

Is a UPS an option for the voltage sensitive devices?

Yes.

Yes.

That might negate the need for a tight voltage regulation on the generator. A double conversion UPS has a constant voltage output because it always creates the output sin wave from DC.

When and how will other assistance/rescue become available?

What is the plan for when the power source/UPS goes dark?

A small, portable generator may be more suitable than a UPS.
