Decent OverClocking Motherboard for FX-6300 + Other Questions

Hi! I've finally decided to upgrade my E6750 2.66Ghz rig and after sifting through numerous threads, I've decided that the FX-6300 would be ideal for my gaming needs. I believe it should be able to handle all the new and the yet-to come-games at medium/high settings.

I recently bought a Sapphire HD 7770 Ghz Edition card and a SSD to go with it. My trustworthy Corsair VX450 PSU is still doing well, so I shall be holding off on changing that for the time being. However, am I correct in assuming that I'd need to change it if I intend to overclock? If so, would Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO Cooler be enough?

The area where I could really use your expertise is in the selection of a motherboard. I intend to try my hand at overclocking and am looking for the cheapest VFM overclocking motherboard that would support the FX-6300 and also DDR3-1600 modules. I'm from India and as you probably know, component prices are quite inflated here. I'd like to limit the budget to 130USD, but don't mind spending a bit more if it'd be really worth it. I don't think I will have as many options as most here with respect to brands, but please don't let that be a reason for you to hold back. I am currently considering Asus M5A97 EVO, but would definitely prefer something cheaper.

Also, I am looking to get 4GB DDR3-1600 (x2) [http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233141] modules but I'm okay with DDR3-1333 if the performance difference is negligible and the motherboard calls for it.

To summarize...

Your power supply should be just barely enough, as long as you go easy on the video card.

Is the TX3 EVO enough? Yup, my 212 EVO keeps my 8350 frosty, so it should be enough granted you have good airflow.

The higher the speed, usually the better. There cases where it just doesn't matter, but a faster rig should go with fast RAM.

My Gigabyte 990FXA-UD5 is pretty darn good for the price, and I have my 8350 at 4.4 GHz nice and stable. I would recommend its little brother, the UD3, for the sake of budget overclocking. Plus, it goes below $130 every now and then: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128514

Thanks so much.. It's always so much better to hear from someone who has experienced it first hand. I looked the link up and the few most recent pages are full of terrible reviews.. Probably a bad batch I'm hoping. Anyway, I'm going to keep looking for something cheaper and shall settle for this if I don't find anything else. Thanks again.
