I am considering to build a pc only to play Dota 2, nothing more, nothing less.
Processor: i5 4460 3.2Ghz
Graphic Card: Asus GTX 960 2GD5
Motherboard: Asus H97 Pro Plus
RAM: Kingston Fury HyperX DDR3 1600 8GB
Does this build qualify for playing Dota 2 at least 100 fps at high settings 1080p?
Post changes within similar price, thanks.

Solution
Not 100fps, more likely 200fps. Dota is not demanding at all. This build is really good as well. Personally I would just switch the 4460 to the i5-6500 for new gen, the motherboard to H170 and the memory to DDR4, along with the GPU to r9 380 (same price but higher performance). However if you are so keen on staying with this setup, at least spend $15 extra to get the i5-4590, way more powerful yet not that much more expensive. But if you can't afford those or don't want to get those changes, then this is still a great build for dota2 and many, many more.

I saw the benchmark of r9 380, I saw it's a great card indeed, but demands higher power usage. So I will stick with gtx 960. And about the processor, actually is the absolutely same price between i5 4460 and 4590, so i will consider getting 4590 for sure. About the motherboard and ddr4 memory, yeah sure it's better, but it will cost me at least 30-40$ more and i'm not sure why I need to add extra cash which at this particular point i cannot afford, my budget is tight. But absolutely this pc should have 120-130 fps, don't think it can reach 200 fps at ultra settings in dota 2. Yet, i would experience the gameplay with 144 hz monitor.
