Decent poker setup?

I am building my first pc and I would like to know if these specs are any good to run pokerstars with 12 tables?
Also, do you have any reccommendations for a monitor?
My budget is 1000 euro.

You can run an online poker game with a pickle and 2 toothpicks and some string pretty much.

You can drop the add-on video card easily. A computer half of your budget can run that game easily.
