1x DVD RW
4GB RAM (2 x 2GB)

I will be Gaming a lot with my HD 6870 can be even more than 5hours, so i want to get a good and Safe PSU and I dont want to face any issues.
I have NO PLAN for CFX.
Thanks.

A quality modern PSU has full range active PFC (no little voltage switch) and some level of 80+ certification for efficiency. There are quite a few good models out there, but for the sake of simplicity, given that you'll need a pair of PCIE power cables, get a 500W Antec Earthwatts and be done with it.

Your original post mentioned a HD6870 emphasizing no plans for Crossfire. A 500W PSU would be sufficient.
According to the graphs at http://forums.atomicmpc.com.au/index.php?showtopic=264 an overclocked HD6950 still only uses around 223W running flat out (176W-180W if it isn't OC'ed); in which case a 500W PSU is still sufficient for your system. As I mentioned above, there are many choices. Seasonic, Antec, Corsair, XFX, and Enermax/LEPA are among the quality brands. To keep things simple, however, I say just get a relatively inexpensive 500W Antec Earthwatts and be done.

Okay...at first i thought of getting a HD 6870, but for 1600x900 i will get something better like HD 6950.

According to you, will Antec Earth Watt 500 will do??

But the place where i live only Corsair is available if I get by chance then i will get Antec Earth Watt 500.

So i want get either
Corsair TX 650 V2
OR Corsair GS 700..So, which one should i get from those two?

Which PSU will you reccomend from Corsair? And builder series means the CX series i guess. But are you sure if it will be able to supply enough power(probably amps) in the v rails??

OR

The TX is more efficent but it give 52 amps on 12v vrails, whereas GS gives 56 amps.
On the top of that the GS 700 has 50W extra power than that of TX 650.
Makes sence to get the GS 700 instead?
