Hi. This all started a few weeks ago when I was playing Fortnite and I stuttered for a second while in the waiting lobby and whenever I die. It also occurs once in a while when I'm roaming around in the game. I've tried a lot of tips all around the internet but none of them seemed to work. If I go to System Configuration > Services > Hide all Microsoft services > disable all > Apply > OK then restart my system twice, I could play Fortnite like normal only for one time. If I close the app and run it again, the problem will occur.

Specs:
-i5 10300h @2.5GHz (Was Overclocked)
-GTX 1650 (Undervolt core clock with Overclocked memory clock)
-2x8 GB ram ddr4 @ 2667Mhz
-512GB SSD
-Windows 10 Home Version 20H2
-DirectX 12

BTW, I'm using a laptop and not a desktop...

Solution
Staying out of the registry is probably a good start, other potential issues could have been that OC on the processor causing thermal issues, or the undervolt on the GPU resulting in instabilities under load.
