Currently using WinX DVD author takes like an hour and 5 mins to do a blueray video (2gig) to DVD. Just want to know if there are any recommendations. don't mind if its a paid version as I know and have tried a few free ones. Must be able to read all kinds of movie files like AVI, MP4, VOB, MKV, WEBM ect

I also have Nero dvd burner but this is having issues and under utilizes the CD's size. (4.7 gig)

I'm also wondering also if the make of cd/rw can influence the speed of it as its at least 8 years old.

Thank you

Is there any reason not to buy a $20-30 media device that will be able to play "blu ray" .mkv from usb?
Heck, get a TV cable for your smartphone.

Its not for me its for my elderly family members to watch moves on their dvd player or home movies. They like to see the cd's and add them to the folder. I just overclocked my cpu and its gone from 65 FPS to 78-80 seems a lot faster. CBA getting a new cpu though the cooler was a nightmare to put on in the first place. i'll stick to the program I know I guess.
