Decided to build my first PC

So I decided to build my first PC (the budget is 756$ (have in mind that I am living in Poland and the prices are very different) I was wondering, is it decent for gaming and if there are any errors with it!

Build:
Motherboard - MSI B85-G43 Gaming
Processor - Intel Core i5-4460 3.2Ghz
Graphics - MSI Radeon R9 380 4GB GDDR5 256 bit
RAM - HyperX Savage 2x4GB 1600MHz DDR3 9CL
HDD - Seagate 1TB SATA III
Power supply - Corsair VS Series 550W 80PLUS 120mm
Case - Zalman Z3

I can't rise my budget, but if there's any better option for gaming in this price - be sure to point that out! I'd be thankful, thanks.

Currently i5 6400 is cheaper than i5-4460, should I change them? I will compare the pricing of the graphics today, thanks.

EDIT: I just realized it has 1151 socket, any motherboards recommendations though in the same price of B85-G43?

What about MSI B150M NIGHT ELF? The price is same as MSI B150 PC-Mate
About RAM - what about Fury DDR4, 8GB, 2133MHz, CL 14? Isn't lower CL the better?

Also, I've been wondering about switching between Zalman Z3 to Gladius M20 Pure Black, Gladius is cheaper and it's pretty much doing the same job + I heard it's easier to organize the cables in this case.
