I would just pay the 30$ anyone you talk to on the phone isn't going to be scared into anything because they could honestly care less all they do is answer phones and your not suing them personally.

this company is small and when you call them the answering people are the ones who own the company but they act as if they don't care the service is bad ive had 4 visits from tech no one can fix it but they want to charge me now for calling them

negative ive begged them for internet they are just outside my reach just by 30-40 miles 🙁

my only alternative is sattelite internet but that would really ruin any chance of gaming on it and its very expensive 🙁
