Deciding a new rig within 40k INR

So i went to the computer hub yesterday to get quotations on Components, and within my budget (40k), and heres what i came up with.

CPU:- amd fx 6300 (7250 inr)
GPU:- sapphire radeon r9 270x OC BOOST 2GB DDR5 (13300 inr)
RAM:- 8gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 (3800 inr)
MOBO:- Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT (2975 inr)
HDD:- 500GB WD Blue (2975 inr)
PSU:- Corsair 550W (3100 inr)
Cabinet:- Zebronics SPY 2 (i am going to get external cooling fans, so not going for a higher end Cabinet) (700 inr)

The total cost after vat comes to around 35k. So i have around 10k leftover after this. Any improvements over the current components?

The MOBO will go way across my required budget, but i might go for the PSU.. is the Corsair PSU not good enough?? i have no clue regarding PSU's , hence asking.

What about the Motherboard. will it support the fx 6300 processor ? im will to go max till 5k INR for the motherboard, going above that will kill my budget.

Apparently, there is a rev 3.0 and rev 4.0 . May i ask what the difference between the two is?
