deciding between a ASUS H97-plus and ASUS H97M-plus motherboard

I am deciding between a ASUS H97-plus and ASUS H97M-plus motherboard.
Which board would you recommend?

It appears there is minimal difference between the boards.
Should I go for the more expensive board?

I am using the following components for my first build.
-i5 4460
-2 x 4GB crucial ballistic
-250gb samsung 840 evo
-EVGA GTX750Ti
-corsair cx500M psu
-cooler master centurion 6

you can buy less expensive mATX model .
but you should consider buying more powerfull video card
(if gaming is your main concern)
and better quality power supply as well .

It is more of a casual gaming build; I intend to maybe upgrade my graphics card every 2 years or so.

Do I need the extra PCI slots on the ATX board?

mATX and ITX are smaller with less features, hence costlier due to the compactness.

i would suggest an atx for its upgradability and price

if you are going for a H97 , you wont be able to use nvidia multicard setup (sli) ,

right now, for your build go for the cheapest one .

Z97- SLI , overclocking

OPINION- seeing you cpu a h97 would be good. Go for the CHEAPEST one available.
