Deciding between amd 965/955 and the intel i5-750

im looking for a new processor for my computer and i cant decide between an amd (either the 965 of 955) and the intel i5-750. This will mainly be used for gaming and high quality video files (such as bluray equivalent files)

I will be buying a processor, motherboard and 4 gb ram. im trying to keep the price around $450

Do you live near a fry's electronics? It's about time for them to have another combo special with the 920 i7. With their combo deals, you'll have no problem staying within your budget. The amd gets the nod for gaming; the i5 for video, so flip a coin.
