I am deciding between Phanteks Enthoo Pro and the Cooler Master Storm Trooper cases for a build. The main question is, is the Cooler Master Storm Trooper worth the extra cash? I don't want to spend more if I don't need to.

Thanks.
I vote for the CM Storm Trooper, I have a Stryker (White Version) and I think it's awesome.
The CM case makes your computer look much cooler, and it'll definitely impress people who see it, whereas the Phanteks might still draw attention but it's not nearly as cool.
From a functionality standpoint, I can fit an H100i and a full 240mm Rad in the CM, with 3 hard drives and a full size PSU, 2 GTX 980s, an ATX Motherboard, and everything I could possibly want.
I highly recommend it.
But in the end it's your choice, choose the case that you love more, because your PC is going to be housed in it for most likely it's entire life (might as well make it looks sick, eh?)
