Deciding on a gaming headset

Hi

Could some people recommend a good all in one gaming headset that has a retractable microphone and is plugged in via USB.

A friend recommended I looked up the steel series headphones, they look really nice.

I'm looking for great sound quality and a clear microphone.

I have the siberia v2 which fits very comfortably around my entire ears, has good sound and the microphone is pretty decent for its price class.
I'm apparently not alone in this opinion.

The 200 is the new V2 with some small changes and improvements.

You could do a lot worse.

If the microphone is used for in-game communication it'll do fine, but it isn't recording quality btw.

I also have siberia v2 and would agree with Maarsch, really good sound, you can wear them for 6+ hours without your ears hurting and mic is decent for ingame voice but not for recording. If you're streaming I would advise you to buy desk microphone.

Ye I currently have a cheapo mic that is over slightly sensitive, I use open microphone settings (the sensitivity isn't as bad as it sounds).

I have started getting back into left 4 dead 2 again and made some friends online I can chat with while playing with them. So really would like I nice comfortable headset.

I will probably buy it when I get home.

Ye I got a steel series one before you posted, got it from PC World as I had a gift card.

It use to say connectivity jack and USB but when I got it it only had jack. So I called them up and they apologized that some fool had put the description on incorrectly so now it only says jack.
