Deciding on a MOBO

Hey guys. Been searching and reading reviews for a week trying to figure out what i need. I've pretty much settled on everything except the motherboard. This computer will be a general task with moderate gaming. I'd like to have room for future upgrades especially when more DX10 cards are available. I am not an OC'er, yet, but I would like the option as it is something I would like to learn to do. Also trying to keep the budget below $1200 USD. These are the boards I am pondering:

Biostar 965PT

GIGABYTE GA-965P-S3

ASUS P5b

ABIT AB9

Sapphire x1900gt

PSU


Conroe 6400

Seagate 320MB

Corsair pc2 5400 2x1gig


And one other thing, I'd like to run 2 HDD, 1 for OS other for main. Any suggestions?
