Deciding on a Monitor

its out of my budget... Can anyone help me find a good 1080p monitor with at least 120hz refresh rate, less than 200$, and possibly 1-2 milisecond response time(Ill be heavy gaming like crysis 3, bf4, far cry 3, tomb raider, ext) please hurry, as it will be a Christmas present from my parents
