I am looking for a monitor under 300, or around it.
I have been look at;

One quick question about the above, what is the difference between the u2414h, and the s2415h and the p2414h?

I want an IPS panel, as well, would prefer to be 24" if possible.
I really like the way the u21414H looks, I don't care if it's $300, what are you guys opinion on it?

Thank you! and please leave suggestions.

So how is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4JH1NB1871 ?

Scratch that ^
Don't want that monitor.

I don't care if I spend $300 on the ultrasharp, if I like it I'm fine with it... It's a good monitor, correct?

Just gaming and web browsing.
IPS panel, 1920x1080 (I have a surround setup, would prefer to keep 1080p unless good deal on 1440p), 23.6'-25', I just want a good panel. I'm really leaning towards the ultrasharp, mainly because I don't care if it's $300. I just want the best for my $300. and on top of that, i'm really digging how the u2414h looks in general.

I'm stuck between;
