okay, now i have a couple choices i can get a 760 and thats pretty much it. or i can get r9270x with 8gb of ram. now i currently have 4gb of standard ram from hynix.
i really need 8gb or ram for gaming but then again a 760 is bada$$ and i could prolly pick up a 4gb set somewhere for cheap. or i can get a 7850 ram and ssd

I would go with the AMD 270x and the 8gb of ram then:)

With one of my 270x graphics cards in i get 80ish frames per second with Batman Arkham Origins at the highest setting @ 1920x1080 with 2x MSAA.
I haven't installed or started BF4 yet but the Mantle update will work on the 270x/ 7850 and should improve performance on that game. I have heard a lot of people have had performance problems trying to run BF4 with only 4gb of ram. Also BF4 is optimized for AMD graphics cards.
If you want the Physx features though the Nvidia card is the only choice.

Maybe think about adding an SSD later on. I use an SSD hard drive and it makes the whole system feel snappier and decreases loading times.
Think about adding an aftermarket CPU cooler at...

Think about adding an aftermarket CPU cooler at some point if you don't have one and overclocking your CPU as well:)
