Why are you playing with Presence? More bleed seems like a weak
reason given that you could play group 2-3 with Dominate or just play
something like Computer Hacking.

This looks like action overkill to me even if you get Tumnimos in
play.

What are you hoping to get out of Permanency? It's only likely to
trigger off of Sensory Overload, so why not just play more Sensory
Overloads?

Ignoring the pointlessness of Presence, the deck seems like it should
either be more focused on the horde thing or more toolboxy.
