[SOLVED] Decreased performance on my PC

Hello. I will keep it fairly concise and hopefully someone can tell me which speccy/dxdiag/cpu-z report they would like to be able to help diagnose my computer's issue. I am a week away from getting my hands on a separate set of RAM and PSU but figured I would ask here in case there's something obvious that I'm missing.

The hard drives are connected via M.2 slots and 1 via SATA. I have tried various cables to see if that was the issue but it does not appear to be. I was getting a BIOS beep code... 1 short and 2 long which I believe is RAM but the computer still booted and ran super well and it now it does not make the beep code.

My computer was running superbly up until about a year ago when the newer titles started to really push my limitations. This is when I entered the abyss that is DOCP, the X570-P motherboard and my RAM. I believe I have all the latest drivers and I'm normally really good at troubleshooting my machine but hardware failure is fortunately something I've never had to deal with and therefore a bit elusive for me to diagnose.

The issue in a nutshell is that my computers struggles with doing more than anything at once and it is constantly saying "very high usage" under power usage in the task manager which it NEVER did before.

After a restart ( if required ) Copy & Paste the contents of the scan into your reply.

Your memory is running slow, very slow. Cas 18 @2660 speed is real slow.
First thing I would do is update the bios if you have not already done so.
MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. RESET BIOS TO DEFAULtS BEFORE AND AFTER FLASHING.
Earlier bios versions did have some problems with Corsair memory.
Your beep code is for a memory fault on Asus boards.
After the flashing and bios defaults are loaded and rebooted, go back into bios and set your memory to DOHP/ XMP profile.
Scroll down and set memory voltage to memory specs. Probably 1.35v for 3600 speed.
Save and exit.
Should reboot with memory @3600 and improve performance quite a bit.

Thank you for the prompt reply lads. I am currently doing the programs John recommended.

I have updated the BIOS as well as attempted to do the DOCP profile. I am flashing a USB to use memtest86 and will see if that can identify my problem outright. I typically leave the voltages on auto when it comes to the DOCP profile but I will attempt it once more and maybe use offsets instead. I will provide photos of the settings and stability in a moment. I also just cleared the CMOS by shorting the jumpers. I only have DOCP profile, no XMP on this. I looked for ages to find a FULL listing of all the bios/voltage settings I should use but I gather it's a testing process.

EDIT: while I also appreciate the thorough directions you can rest assured I've been building PCs since they were 386s and have a fairly extensive knowledge of software and hardware. Just miffed on this one, so you needn't simplify everything

I had issues with getting XMP to work with my RAM. It would constantly fail to boot and present memory overclock fail error message whenever I enabled XMP and tried to boot, when I disabled it, it worked fine. It ultimately ended up working when I increased the CPU_SA voltage to 1.0V, if I just increased the DRAM voltage it would still continue to fail to boot and present the same error message.

I'm on an MSI Z590-A Pro motherboard, in my BIOS it was labelled as "CPU SA voltage", I'm not sure what it's called in yours, but I suspect you need to increase the voltage.

I'm now running on 3200MHZ, prior to getting XMP to work, and using the default speeds I was running at no more than 2133MHZ, and the highest it would work at without increasing the voltage was 2666MHZ.
