is there a possible way to decrease shared memory usage to increase ram on laptop ?

you can't decrease it unless there is an option in the bios

You better off getting more ram if you are running low

it only uses that memory if it actually needs it, the system has priority over the ram in any case.

How to reduce system shared memory? No option in bios, 8GB RAM dedicated to a 980 ti :L
