Question Decreasing performance on RX 580 while PC on

Hi, I have an RX 580 and recently I've noticed that if I leave my computer running for some time, the card's performance decreases. For example when I just start it up I get 200-250 fps in csgo, but after 30 mins I start getting 60-80 with some drops to 30fps. I've checked temps and they're fine, and I've uninstalled the drivers and re-installed them again, and the problem persists. This problem started recently, I've had the computer for 4 months now and the problem started a few days ago. Thanks!

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 580 8GB
MOBO: MSI B450M Gaming Plus
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3000MHz

what the cpu/gpu usage?
ram/ssd/hdd usage?
malware scan?
make and model of the psu?

GPU runs at 100% with ~70°C and CPU at ~30% with ~60°C, but the CPU usage has been like that since I built the PC. Ram and ssd usage are fine, and they dont get slower. The psu is an evga 650 b3.

new or used 580?
what game? resolution? change detail level?
malware scan your system?

The 580 is new, i've been playing csgo on 1080p and everything low. Before it ran around 250fps on low, but now it runs at 80fps with frequent drops to 20-30fps. I ran a malware scan and the antivirus didnt detect anything.(Used bitdefender)
