Dedicated GPU set as Default yet not being used at all

Hey guys,i recently bought a new laptop(about 2 months ago) and everything went fine until i updated the graphics drivers and the Windows Fall Creator's update,now most apps dont use my dedicated GPU (Gtx 1050),i tried forcing them to use it from the Nvidia Control Panel but no use,could anyone know what's going on ?

I think you accidentally update integrated display drivers. Uninstall them from control panel

Did what you said,thing is,now for example in Skyrim i have the "Microsoft Basic Render Driver"
