my pc runing smothly and i didn't find any proplem but this sparkle occurs before loging in windows after i set the dedicated graphic card as primary graphic card so what the proplem(check the link please to see what i am talking about)

my graphic card is gtx 1060
my motherboard is asus h310m-k

im not too sure, i would say try a GPU stress test if youre concerns,
MAKE SURE ITS UNDER WARRANTY THOUGH BEFORE YOU DO

In my opinion its working now.
But im not 100% sure TBH
