Dedicated Graphics Memory.

I have an ATI RADEON HD 4350, and the total memory is 1.7 GB, but the dedicated memory is only 512 MB. Can I increase the dedicated memory of my graphics card? PS - It's not a laptop.
Specs : AMD Athlon II X2 4400e, 3GB of RAM, ATI RADEON HD 4350, Windows 7.

yes, just replace the graphics card with one that has more dedicate ram built on/in it.
