Dedicated Physx Card on a Crossfire Board

Will a GTX 660 TI with a GTS 450 for Physx work on a motherboard that only supports crossfire?

You will run them as separate cards without SLI/Crossfire. Don't even need the bridge cable. Put the 660Ti in the higher slot.
