[SOLVED] Dedicated Streaming PC for a friend

Hey guys,

A friend of mine is interested in getting a 2nd PC for streaming. He's willing to spend a decent amount ($600-800) but wouldn't mind spending a little less. Why an 8th gen intel cpu?
a new i5, or ryzen 5 would be the same or better.
also cheaper.

Otherwise, this is a pretty solid machine, though does a streaming machine need 16gb of ram?

also, a 1tb hdd would be nice for keeping fottage for maybe uploading highlights or uploading full streams down the line.
