Dedicated Streaming PC lookover

I am making a dedicated streaming PC using an existing OLD PC and replacing a few parts from my main PC. My plan is to do a dual PC set up. I'm putting the i7-7700k into this dedicated streaming PC build and the i7-8700k into my gaming one. Do I need a GPU and the capture card? Any suggestions? https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RWhMD2

yes if you are using 2 pcs you will need a capture card. if your streaming pc cpu has integrated graphics you do not need a gpu but its better if you do
