[SOLVED] dedicated streaming pc

I've been looking around the internet for about a month now researching about what I need for a dedicated streaming pc. I will only be using this pc to stream my ps4 to either youtube or twitch.

I've been thinking about getting a refurbished pc with an I5-4570 or building a pc with a ryzen 2200g.

Which should I get???

I'd go with cheaper option (which most likely would be old 4th gen Core i5 PC) since dedicated streaming PC doesn't need high performance. Here's good and in-depth article for you to read about getting and setting up your dedicated streaming PC,
