[SOLVED] Dedicated Streaming PC

Just need some advise on a streaming PC

So far this is what I am looking at

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB ST1000DM010
CPU: Intel Core i7 7700
PSU: Corsair CX450 450W Power Supply
Case: Corsair Carbide 88R Micro ATX Mid Tower Case
MOBO: MSI B250M Pro VD Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK8GX4M2A2133C13 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4

I am aiming for under $1000 AUD

Let me know if this is good or do I need to downgrade or upgrade

You may even use an old laptop to do so.
