Dedicated video memory is 768MB, can I still play a game requiring 2GB?

Hi. I'm not much of a gamer, but I really want to get Two-Point Hospital when it comes out next month (I loved Theme Hospital as a kid!) Unfortunately I seem to meet all the required specifications except for the dedicated graphics memory.

Two-Point Hospital Requirements:

  • Processor: Intel Core i3 6100, or equivalent AMD
    Memory: 4GB RAM
    Dedicated Video RAM: 2GB
Graphics: NVIDIA Geforce GT 1030, 2GB (Legacy: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460), or AMD RX550, 2GB (Legacy: AMD Radeon HD 6850). Integrated Graphics TBD
My Laptop Specs:

  • Processor: AMD A10-4655M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.00 GHz
    Hard Drive: 1TB (646GB available)
    Installed RAM: 8GB
    System Type: 64-bit. Windows 10
My Graphics Specs (AMD Radeon HD 7620G):

  • Total Available Graphics Memory: 4224MB
    Dedicated Video Memory: 768MB
    System Video Memory: 0GB
    Shared System Memory: 3456MB
Any chance the game might work for me? Thanks!

Solution
The GT 1030 is 300% to 400% faster than Radeon HD 7620G graphics. The i3-6100 is 140% to 160% faster than the A10-4655M. It doesn't matter how much available memory you have. That game will be unplayable.
