dedicated videomemory low

Hi. ive resently bought a new computer that runs cinda slow .
windows 10
motherboard b150m-a
cpu i5 6500skylake
gpu msi 960 4gb-
8 gb ram
i noticed the bad performance during the game rust where i got around 4 fps on all graphic types.
the thing thet i saw was thet the dedicated video memory was sett to 128 mb .

Plug your monitor into the video card not the motherboard.

Also have you installed your Nvidia drivers?

is your monitor pluged into the motherboard or the video card. sounds like your using the motherboard and not the msi960 card.

the problem was thet the cable was in the mainboard . my sister conected the cable at home so i didnt have the com infront of me
