Question Dedicating cpu cores/threads to game servers

Hello. I’m in need of some help and I’m really new to all this so go easy on me please.
My friends and I are wanting to build a game server hosting pc. Most of the games (ark for example) we want to host only uses one core/thread to run it. What I would like it know is it possible to dedicate a server to a certain core/thread so each server we host at the same time uses its own core/thread? I’ve google and researched but I can’t find an answer. If there’s one out there plz redirect me to it

Have you tried setting the Processor affinity to your server's processes? What operating system is the game server?
