Deep Cool (GAMMAXX 300) 3HP+Al 130w 120x25 PWM 17.8-2 in my current RIG?

because im tight on budget.. she my only hope in my very first build.. is this cpu cooler can do enough for stable gaming?

my RIG:
CPU: intel core i5-3470 @ 3.2ghz
MOBO: asus H61M-E
RAM: 8gb = 4gbx2 @ 1333mhz kingston
GPU: palit gtx 750 ti
PSU: corsair VS650 650W
CASE: tecware RAIDEN ELITE black

Actually you can game just fine with the stock heatsink/fan. As long as your CPU temps are not getting into the mid 80's you'll be fine. But if money is burning a hole in your pocket, then yes, that HSF will cool the CPU better than the stock one.
