The question, is the DEEPCOOL AK400 is sufficient to cool the 5800x3d? and also planning to buy DEEPCOOL FK120 Fans in addition for rear mounted fans for the cooler

I purchased it already and don't have an extra budget yet.

Since you have the cooler purchased, might as well try it out with your upgrade but expect slightly warmer temps when jumping from a 65W TDP CPU to a 105W TDP CPU.

But it works right since the i've heard that the 5800x3d is not overclockable right?
