Both are 80 plus gold certified.

Also, should I care about the certification that much? Or should I go with a cheaper bronze certified psu? (On a tight budget) Because from what I've seen, many Youtube pc builders just used bronze certified ones.

TS 650, but if you want something better try to look at Evga G2/G3 or Corsair RMx/RM. Bitfenix Formula Gold is also a good alternative. Gold is always preferred over Bronze and there will at least be a long term benefit by going with a better PSU.

Gold OF THE SAME EXACT BRAND AND MODEL is preferred over Bronze. But there are good bronze models, and lousy gold models, out there.

My quick summary go-to is:
Corsair: TX, TXm, RM, RMx, HX, HXi, AX, AXi
Seasonic: Focus, Prime

Corsair CX (2017), and CXm are acceptable. Budget level, and basically it's preferred to go to a better model, but they'll do the job.
Vengeance (European market only?) is a little better than CX 2017.
