Question DeepCool Gammax 400 V2 - Will It Be Enough To Cool The i5-11400 At Its Maximum TDP?

I took the risk and partially unlocked the processor's power limits to 100W... with the stock intel cooler.
Huge performance boost in CineBench R23... Temps hover between 67ºC to 74ºC... Scores went from 7650-8136 to 9300-9356...

But I want to go even further... Noticed this motherboard can easily supply 125W+ of power to the CPU... with 130-135W spikes.
Would the DeepCool Gammax 400 V2 (retailing for about 25 US dollars here in Brazil...) be enough to use the 11400 at its full 154W TDP?

I want to be able to use all the processing power I paid for.

That processor will be fine with the cooler mentioned above given how the i5 in question is stated to be at 65W TDP though I would invest on a beefier cooler, one that's rated to hold it's ground beyond 150W TDP.

Found one for 45 USD which is rated at 180W. Should be able to let the 11400 shine in all of its glory right?

We can't tell what the make and model of the cooler is just by reading the TDP it can handle or it's price tag. Please mention the make and model of the cooler you're looking at.

Its made by a Brazilian brand called PCYes.
