Question DeepCool Gammax L240 V2 works fine but rgb softwares don't recognize it

It works well and the rgb are turned on but I cannot set them as I want because the various software do not recognize it

which motherboard are you using? Did you connect all cables correctly?
Especially if your motherboard provides a 5-pin RGB connector
