Deepcool liquid cooling Deepcool liquid cooling pump. Plug in where?

Hello..i hv deepcool maelstrom 120t...and i just want to ask u that Which fan header will the pump be connected to, or does it matter? I hv 4 pin header near cpu (cpu_fan) and 4 pin header sitting side(sys_fan) and my pump and radiator has 3 header
..my radiator fan is connected to 3 pin to molex and pump 3pin connected in cpu_header and rear fan is connected in sys_fan...

Connect pump to 3pin-to-molex (directly to PSU) for constant circulation/flow. Connect radiator fan to CPU_FAN header (of your motherboard) for automatic RPM/speed adjustment of fan based on temperature detected. Connect rear exhaust fan to the only remaining header (SYS_FAN) of your motherboard.
