Hello, I have Asus m5a78l-m lx3 motherboard, AMD FX-4300 CPU, 175 x 380 x 404 mm big case and default z7uh01r101 cooler. I tried to overclock my CPU but I am getting very high temperatures. So i am looking for new CPU cooler with price under 40 dollar. Can you help me?

Solution
First of all, that is NOT an overclocking motherboard. The mosfets have NO heatsinking and go under quite a lot of stress on an overclocked processor. I recommend buying a mosfet heatsinking or directing your attention to a proper overclocking motherboard. Some nice mosfet heatsinks I thought of off the top of my head ; MOS-C1's or thermalright hr-09 (note the HR-09 probably won't work with a big fan, better with a water pump system. Another point ; they can be tricky to install. Look up videos before pulling the trigger and make sure you wanna go through with it.

Second of all, CPU cooler ; CRYORIG H7 is probably one of if not the best sub $40 option in USD.

Your motherbaord is not designed for it, and your CPU is so low end that overclocking is not going to make any real difference anyways.

Do not waste any more money into this 5 year old archetecture, it will just be throwing away good money after bad.
You will be tremendiously better off saving to get a pentium G4560 + B250 motherboard + DDR4 memory (all together around $180).
A new AMD motherbaord or CPU cooler or anything else is not going to give you any noticable improvement for the price, so upgrading out of the platform is the only worthwhile use of money.

I just bought this PC so I realy don't want to start saving for a new one. I wanted to oveclock my procesor, but if you say that I am not going to get any noticable improvments, what should I do?

Your options are either to live with it do a full upgrade (new cpu/motherboard/memory).

You bought a very low end computer and there is not much you can do with it to improve it beyond right now. It is what it is.
Upgrading motherbaord or CPU alone wont net you much and thus the cheapest most cost effictive option for a notciable performance improvement is to upgrade to pentium g4560 cpu/board/memory.
