Default browser settings always opening with browser on Windows 10

So whenever I open Opera, default browser settings window pops up. Not in browser but Windows settings. It does not happen with other browsers. I tried reinstalling Opera and deleting all user files but the problem is still there. Any solutions ?

Set Opera as your default browser.

Click Start Button. Open Settings (the little Gear Icon). Go into System. Default Apps. Then you'll see Browser. Click on it and choose Opera. Shouldn't bother you after that unless you use other browsers too
