Question Default gpu vs nvidia high performance on a app

hello i just started using "nox" android emulator, but it runs very bad and slow, im wondering if its because its using my default intel graphics card and even tho im clicking to open with the nvidia high performance one, in the task manager the nvidia its still at 0% usage... i dont undestand why
