Default graphics processor not changing

My default graphics processor earlier for gta 5 was nvidia .but later automatically it changed to integrated and now i changed it to nvidia but still uses integrated give me a damm solution

have you checked at nvidia control panel? sometimes you could probably change the settings for wrong program. check for driver updates or other configuration
