Default mail client not installed properly

Hello,
I have a laptop with Windows 7, and an Intel i3 core, I need to get the default mail client set up. I am a very inexperienced user. Would you please advise me? Thank you.

You need to install an application like Microsoft's Live Mail or Mozilla's Thunderbird and then configure it for your e-mail address. Links are below:
