default operating system Windows 7 instead Windows 10

Hello,
My computer freezes while Windows 10 starting. After restart, an error occurred 0xc0000f.
And there are only Windows 7 options (safe mode, etc.) When I get into safe mode, Windows 10 are running.
In MSCONFIG I have as default system Windows 7 and ther is no other option and no Windows 10.
But in PC I have Windows 10.

What to do with this?

It sounds like you HAD Windows 7 installed and upgraded it to Windows 10? If that's the case then it sounds like your Windows 10 upgrade didn't install properly.

Yes, It was upgrade from Win7, but two years there was no problem.
Now I tried this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8I3xQLK4dr0 After it, I finally have Win10 in MSCONFIG. But windows still freeze when starting. So I did recovery to earlier time, then installed all actualizations and now everything worsk fine.
