Default Radeon WattMan settings have been restored due to unexpected system failure

Hello !
Got new build and everytime I start my pc windows notify this "Default Radeon WattMan settings have been restored due to unexpected system failure". I've been searching how to fix it, but I cant. Help please !

Z270 MSI Gaming M7
i5-7600k
msi rx 480 gaminx x (amd driver 17.7.1 )
16gb corsair 3000mhz

Have you done any overclocking on your GPU? If so, your overclock is unstable. If not, then I'd try re-installing drivers (can try using DDU to uninstall your current drivers), or installing a different driver revision (I believe 17.4.4 it the latest official release for your card, 17.7.1 is "optional").

Just reapply your settings that you want.

Anytime there is some sort of forced reboot or even a power outage they will be reset back to default.
