Question Default Wattman Settings Restored

Hello,

I am using Gigabyte Windforce RX460 4GB GPU, and whenever I restart my computer,I get a message saying,
"default Wattman Settings Have been restored due to unexpected system failure"

However there wasnt any sytem failure...............

Is there any solution for it?

I haven't OC my GPU, I read somewhere that this happens because The GPU is receiving less power,and we can change it by going to wattman settings.....
So if anyone can guide me in this matter?

My other specs are

Intel I5 3570
BallistaX 8gb ram-single stick
Msi H61M P32/w8
PSU: 400W

Also can be caused by a poor quality\unstable PSU.
